Hello everyone! This week has been a crazy week for us! Instead of giving out our tea to patients at the Benjamin Center, we have started to give it out to some of the adults in our community (parents, family, teachers, etc.). We are planning to give out about 15 packets of our tea and around 15 packets of regular chamomile tea making a total of hopefully 30 people. The chamomile tea will act as a control so that we will be able to see if our tea works any better than any other sleepy tea that you could just buy at the market. We have instructed these 30 people to drink the tea for 2-3 nights and then take a survey to give us feedback on whether or not our tea helped them sleep better or not. We have also asked them to take some data on how the tea affected their sleep and to tell us if there were any side effects. This week we plan on finishing up our poster for the science fair and getting our feedback from all of the participants. Make sure to check in with us next Monday to hear about our results! See you next week!

I have suffered from insomnia since my 20's. I have tried chamomile tea, melatonin, Tylenol PM as well as several other over the counter solutions to help me fall asleep, but they either haven't worked or make me feel groggy till noon the next day. Dream Drowser helped me fall asleep quickly and didn't leave me with that feeling the next morning like I couldn't get out of bed! Valerian is commonly used as a sleep aid, but on its own it has a very strong odor. However, the Dream Drowser creators have put together the perfect blend of valerian and herbs to come up with a tasty bedtime tea that smells and tastes delicious!

This is such a great project! It not only can help certain patient populations but also almost anyone dealing with sleeping difficulties. It's clear your group has put in a lot of time and research on the subject. I would love to try the tea or the placebo and take part in your experiment!

We have tried several Sleepy Time teas that are on the market and have had some success with improved sleep. I would love to try your blend and give you feed back. My daughter Danielle is very interested as well.
